The above consignment vehicle is solely consigned to GP Motors Ltd, its website and advertisements.

It is agreed by both party that GP Motors Ltd is entitled to receive 5% of the selling price of the above consignment vechicle once the car has been sold to the purchaser.

It is further agreed that the Consignee or its Agents assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to the above mentioned property by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The Consignor is required to keep all insurance policies in effect until the vehicle is sold in accordance with this agreement.
